FAQs

Q?

Do you still charge $50 to build a computer?

A.

Unfortunately no. If you bring us your computer we're happy to troubleshoot and repair for our flat rate of $50. However, building a computer to the high standards we hold ourselves to comes at an additional cost.

If you let us build a computer for you we help you pick the parts, order them, build the computer, tuck the wires, install the OS, and configure things to your liking. We stand by our computer builds and know they will last.

For this, we only charge $100. If you would like multiple computers build for a Business or Educational environment we do offer better pricing on our builds.

Q?

Will you come to my home?

A.

Yes we can! We know that not everything can be brought to us, like your home network. Our onsite rate is a little higher at just $60/Hr with a half hour minimum charge. After that time is rounded to the next quarter hour.  We do not recommend calling us out items that can take long periods of time for repair. We like handing your a large bill about as much as you like receiving one. We'll be up front about how much time something will take if you do want us to come over.

Q?

What types of computers do you repair?

A.

All types! We fix desktops, laptops, servers, and workstations. We even fix Macs.

Q?

Whats the best way to contact you?

A.

FACEBOOK! Yes we have a phone number, but we've found that the best way to work with our customers is though Facebook. Send us a quick message through Facebook Messenger and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Ask us anything! Where its hard to diagnose issues this way, we'll do our best to give you an idea of what could be wrong based off your description.

Q?

How long does it take you to repair my computer?

A.

We try to have your computer ready for pickup in about 24 hours. Sometimes we can even complete same day service! When your computer needs parts we still try to get it back to you in about 24 hours. Only when your computer needs non standard or proprietary parts will it take longer. We'll let you know up front if its going to take longer then usual.

Q?

Why do you fix computers for a flat rate $50?

A.

Little to no overhead! Because we are a home based we don't have the same costs that a store front would have. That and we don't overcharge for our services. Because we've been at this for so long we know exactly how long its going to take to fix your computer. Most of the time we're making a profit. But sometimes, we don't! Bring it to us and for $50 we'll fix your problem, parts not included of course.
